Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated based on your postcode and weight.
We use DHL to ship orders in the UK or internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Instinct Paintball is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Instinct Painball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We normally use DHL to ship internationally. By request, we can also ship via UPS or FedEx.
International shipping times can vary due to customs inspections and other delays, so we do not guarantee a delivery timeline internationally.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (custom products), we do not accept returns. All the artworks will be sent before starting the production. You need to check all the files before giving the go-ahead.
